Ee e m htp spiritual warriors,
After thought and input from my advisor(mate) I have decided to speak about responsibility. Before we start, we must look up the definition b/c we must always remember this is our adopted language.
1590s, "answerable (to another, for something)," from Fr. responsible, from L. responsus, pp. of respondere "to respond" (see respond). Meaning "morally accountable for one's actions" is attested from 1836. Retains the sense of "obligation" in the Latin root word.
c.1300, respound, from O.Fr. respondere "respond, correspond," from L. respondere "respond, answer to, promise in return," from re- "back" + spondere "to pledge" (see spondee). Modern spelling and pronunciation is from c.1600.
Looking at this I feel that responsibility is the ability to act and carry out a proper course of action to any stimulus to the nervous system. In other words, whatever we take in through our senses we have any an appropriate action which my may be a line of actions in order to carry out a correct form of action.
Now what is the vehicle to have a good operation of response time? Any system that brings about natural intelligence. Also, a system designed to give an individual a cultural foundation. I look to Ma'at for it is a system that our culture's Tao, buddha, christianity or whatever other cultural system on this planet. I step from the pedestal of Ma'at first when I look at anything. I have an affinity for the Tao however when my eyes look I train them to see the nile, the merkhuts, the jungle, the pygmys, watusi, dogons, falcons, lions, Orions' belt(lack of better term) etc. first before I see a yin/yang, buddhist temples and the likes.
So yes, everyday I work to have good response time to out and inner stimuli. Also, I work not to take on too many things that will increase my length of operation.
It is interesting to see that many things can be answered swiftly without too much operation. However, a good portion of the time the operation is impeded by our emotions......What to do when you experience stress?
What is stress? I got this from the internet----> like the arrow?
Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if their stress is caused by physical danger. But this can also be a bad thing, if their stress is in response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength.
Interesting...need an outlet....hmmm...energy and strength....physical....so an activity that is physical can help put stress to work. I also look at stress as a sign from the body providing an opportunity for adjusting its energy. I have worked towards removing the struggling and attitude that there is something in opposition to us. Imagine looking at a thing or object or concept without any pre-conceived thoughts defining that object and then being able to draw information without any emotions that may stagnate your operation.
Is it as easy as just doing it?
Yes!!!!!!!
